My sale rep john was wonderful I have a great relationship with all of them. Finance department michael was especially great i was a little worried with my credit but my payments were always on time and they made it happen for me and Joe in the service department as well as Anne Marie help me every time I come in there. I wish I could remember everyone's name that helped me but a big thanks to everyone there they pulled through with what I wanted and even helped me not out myself in debt they didn't push anything on me that was over my budget. They even let me have the car over night to show my wife who is disabled this was a huge thing for me. And my day of purchase Todd who owns the dealership came and talked to us and not like a salesmen but like a normal person he didn't act better than us and he was super polite and genuine I can't say enough about todd nossan of torrington they deserve an award! Best dealership and they treat you like friends and family

This dealership is awesome. I was an out of state customer. My initial interaction was with Benjamin (salesperson). He was professional answered all my questions and didn't employ any pressure sales tactics. I asked for an itemized out the door price and was told the sales manager Ariel would call me back within an hour. Ariel called back and provided me with a detailed out the door price within a half hour. No crazy markups or hidden fees. When I arrived at the dealership later that afternoon I was warmly greeted, the car was front and center ready for a test drive. After the test drive it was time to sit with the finance manager Michael. Once again professional service no pressure for additional items (was made aware of the options-which I politely declined) and that was it. Total time at the dealership including the test drive-30 minutes. It was one of the easiest transactions I've ever had. I would definitely recommend giving this dealership a look if anyone asked and if in the future I have another purchase and the vehicle is located at Todd Nissan I won't hesitate to make the trip to them again, easy 5 stars.

Long story short, I purchased a used vehicle from Todd Nissan of Torrington that needed certain items fixed in order to pass NYS inspections. Todd in their sales department was nothing short of excellent in ensuring the whole process went smoothly. Also, their executive manager, Brian, was outstanding in his level of customer service who made things right in the end. These two members of Todd Auto Group made what could have been a horrible experience into a memorable experience that left me wanting to do business with them in the future and will allow me to recommend them in the future to anybody in good conscience.
