I've been dealing with this Nissan dealership for over 10 years, having previously purchased older used vehicles. I just purchased a one-year-old Altima SR, after test driving four different vehicles on their lot. The sales rep Todd, was very straightforward and honest about each vehicle that I test drove. The whole staff was helpful with any and all questions I had about the vehicle, warranties, etc. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Just bought a used Acura MDX from Ben. He was great to deal with and super patient with us. From the test drive to driving home with the car was less than 20 hours. Love the car. Process was smooth and within about 4 hours I was driving away in my new car! Never imagined I’d own an orange car, how fun! Michael was the absolute best to end out my transaction!! I had to stop back a couple days later to resign a paper and they gave my 2 children a bag full of chips, making them feel as if they hit the chip lottery. So thoughtful, the kids were talking about it for days!

dans the best, i accidentally locked my keys in the car across the street and they helped me once. another time i had to pay for a pet surgery and they helped me figure out cost and removed what was not necessary for car stuff. always helpful and asks how my family is doing by name. i’m just a customer but it feels like i have a cool uncle that works there that’s always got my back, and as a queer person that’s always something i appreciate.
As a stay at home husband of 3 children under the age of 6, the thought of buying a new vehicle and the time wrapped around the buying process seems daunting, I communicated my needs with Eric and over the course of a few days the car was purchased basically over text and email. My total time in the dealership was less than 40 minutes, I know all experiences are different for buyers but for this buyer the difference was how exceptionally easy the process was. I’ve purchased multiple cars in town but my business is now at Todd Nissan.
